Monumenta Germaniae Historica (MGH) and eMGH
One of the fundamental collections of primary source resources for historical research on medieval Germany and the Frankish kingdoms, 500-1500. The full set of sources is available only in print (Hesburgh General Collection and Medieval Institute: DD 3 .M825 G75 1979). eMGH, the digital version, contains a selection from the five divisions that comprise MGH. Contains the Verhandlungen des Reichstags  in addition to a wide variety of other primary sources for Germany.

Republik Österreich Parlament (Austrian Parliament) 
The Photo Gallery contains pictures from parliamentary events, Presidents of the National and Federal Councils and members of the President’s Conferences, the Parliament Building, and Palais Epstein. Through the Parliamentary Library’s Catalog, information for about 140,000 volumes of the 330,000 books can be accessed as well as Parliamentary materials that have been digitized.

Wochenschau Archiv (German newsreel archives)
Contains more than 6,000 newsreel films from the Federal Film Archives (Berlin), DEFA film library, Deutsche Wochenschau GmbH (Hamburg), Transit-Film GmbH (Munich), and Progress-Filmverleih GmbH (Berlin). Link above is to English site; click here for the German site.

The digital library contains the works of German-speaking who wrote up through the early twentieth century.
