Benzene under resonant excitation.

Interesting how the sigma framework fills in first.

  1. Your GIF is nice. If you could produce a display of resonant excitation of Thorium between layers of graphene with the resultant electron flow from the graphene layers. The Heavy Element Free Electron Source could be graphically represented.

    • Well thanks. I’m not familiar with ‘The Heavy Element Free Electron Source’. We could treat small cluster models of Graphene, and later when qchem supports periodic SCF models of electronic dynamics in systems like that.
